Beyond Sailing:
I'm a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a true passion for the water. When I'm not racing or cruising, I enjoy spending time with my family. My flexible civil engineering job allows me to participate in extended sailing trips, and I'm always seeking new adventures. Outside of sailing, I love hitting the waves on my surfboard, exploring hidden coves, and trying out different water sports. This adventurous spirit translates well to life onboard, and I'm always eager to learn and contribute to the crew in any way possible.
Nationality:
I was born in The Netherlands, Eindhoven, and moved to New Zealand, Christchurch in 1992. I still have a Dutch passport, and am a permanent resident in NZ.
