Experienced sailor with over 20 years of hands-on sailing, racing, and skippering experience within New Zealand coastal waters (up to 200Nm). I have consistently owned and maintained my own boats, currently a Farr 1020, which I’ve sailed over 7,500Nm - including a delivery from Picton to Auckland. I have completed deliveries Auckland/South Is. on both coasts and a delivery Fiji to NZ on a Jeanneau 43 and a Bavaria 44 from NZ to Tonga. I am available to help another boat sail to, or around the Pacific.

I’ve been in, on and around boats my whole life. I've crewed in several Coastal Classic races (120Nm), as well as numerous two-handed and harbour races on vessels up to 55ft. As skipper, I’ve raced in seven Route 66 events (66Nm) and participated in multiple local and coastal races. I'm capable in all positions aboard - from bow to helm - and comfortable adapting to various roles depending on the needs of the crew.

I’m a fit and healthy Civil/Environmental Engineer, keen to extend my bluewater sailing experience. I’m currently available for Pacific to NZ deliveries and eager to contribute as a competent, reliable crew member.
